Langs provides counselling services to individuals, couples, and families who are eligible for services. Counselling is a collaborative process to support improvement in well-being. In addition, several group programs are also offered throughout the year.

Counselling Services are provided by Social Workers who are specifically trained and qualified to deliver a range of counselling and psychotherapy services. Langs Social Workers have their Masters in Social Work, along with experience and training to support anyone in their goals for their health and well-being.

Virtual, in-person, and hybrid options are available for appointments and group programs!
