Langs is committed to ensuring all members of the community have equal access to the programs and services we provide. We are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner. We will do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
Langs has taken the following steps to respond to the needs of an accessible community:
Accessible Customer Service training for all Langs staff, students, volunteers and contractors.
A feedback process that allows all individuals the opportunity to provide input on how we have or have not met their needs
A multi-year accessibility plan describes how Langs will meet accessibility standards over the next five years.
