The Quality Improvement Committee (QIC) actively engages Langs staff. All teams and service areas participate as committee members. This inclusive approach ensured that every part of Langs had a voice in shaping our quality initiatives. The team of staff collaboratively review and align projects with our organizational values. The focus was on fostering a culture of safe, effective, person-centred, efficient, timely, and equitable services.
