Gender Affirming Clinic

The Gender Affirming Clinic at Langs provides a safe and confidential space for gender-affirming healthcare. Our team of Primary Care Providers, all with an interest in supporting trans and gender-diverse individuals, offer care that respects and validates each person’s identity. We aim to support you at the beginning of your gender-affirming journey and help connect you with additional services and providers as needed.

Our focus is on supporting patients who are beginning their gender-affirming care journey. Patients who are already receiving care, such as hormone therapy, should continue follow-up with the provider who initiated or is currently managing their treatment.

  • Hormone therapy (for patients beginning their gender journey)

Prenatal Clinic

The Prenatal Clinic provides prenatal care for individuals who are pregnant and do not currently have a family doctor, nurse practitioner, or midwife/OB. Our team offers compassionate care, guidance, and resources throughout early pregnancy.

We ensure that pregnant patients in the Cambridge area can access timely prenatal care from early pregnancy up to 28 weeks. At that point, we coordinate transfer of care to an obstetrician for third‑trimester management and delivery planning.

Prenatal Clinic Intake Process

1. Complete a Referral Form

  • The referral form can be completed by you, hospital staff, or walk‑in clinic staff.

2. We Contact You to Book Your First Appointments

  • Once we receive your referral, a Prenatal Clinic staff member will call you to schedule your first visits with the RN and the physician.
    • Please bring your most recent ultrasound and any blood test results to your appointment, if you have copies.

3. Care During Your Pregnancy

  • A practitioner will follow your care until you are referred to an obstetrician, usually around 28 weeks.

Important Notes:

  • This is NOT a walk-in clinic.
  • If you have any pregnancy-related concerns before your appointment, please seek emergency care right away.
